Description

  • Build, maintain, and extend Python applications on commercial projects.
  • Use AI tools to improve development work and productivity.
  • Design and optimize databases and background processing for performance and reliability.
  • Work with cloud infrastructure and modern deployment practices.
  • Take ownership of complex systems by improving, refactoring, and maintaining them.
  • Collaborate with engineers, project managers, testers, and clients.
  • Review code and contribute to technical decisions.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on Python experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
  • Good knowledge of PostgreSQL.
  • Practical experience with AWS or a comparable cloud platform.
  • Familiarity with Terraform is a strong plus.
  • Comfortable managing and enhancing complex systems.
  • Fluent in English and Polish.
  • Mid or senior level experience.
  • Available for freelance / B2B contract work.

Benefits

  • Mid-level rate up to 90 PLN/hour.
  • Senior-level rate up to 120 PLN/hour.
