Description

  • Lead the implementation of security policies that protect people, offices, and equipment across the region.
  • Conduct regular security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and reduce risk.
  • Supervise and mentor private security guards and armed police personnel.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with law enforcement and emergency services.
  • Lead response efforts for security breaches and accidents and produce factual incident reports.
  • Design and deliver training programs for security personnel and employees.
  • Monitor security trends and technologies such as CCTV and access control systems.
  • Provide guidance on asset recovery and fraud investigation.
  • Support regional operational resilience through proactive security planning and prevention.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience leading a security team in a guard services or physical security company, or 5 years as an ex-commissioned service personnel supervisor in the military, police, or paramilitary.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
  • Recognized security certification such as CPP, PSP, or CPO.
  • Clean criminal record and ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
  • Ability to speak the local dialects of the major tribes in the assigned region.
  • Good experience with automated security systems such as CCTV cameras and burglary alarm systems.
  • Experience working with armed police personnel or private security teams (preferred).
  • Experience in asset recovery and fraud investigation (preferred).
