Description

  • Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions with a focus on Experience Cloud.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions for Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds.
  • Lead and support a team of developers and administrators across multiple Salesforce clouds.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
  • Manage Salesforce deployments between environments and work within CI/CD and source control processes.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external enterprise systems using APIs and middleware such as MuleSoft.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce issues and improve application performance.
  • Estimate project timelines and resource requirements and contribute to Salesforce project planning and execution.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to optimize Salesforce solutions and scalability.
  • Stay current on Salesforce releases, platform capabilities, and new technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  • Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, MuleSoft, and/or Salesforce APIs.
  • Experience configuring, customizing, and deploying Experience Cloud sites.
  • Understanding of Experience Cloud architecture, including site structure, navigation, and branding.
  • Proficiency in modern JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for building dynamic Salesforce user interfaces.
  • Full-stack web development experience.
  • Experience with clicks-not-code tools such as Screen Flows and Record-Triggered Flows.
  • Experience with routine Salesforce administration, including object model, sharing rules, and validation rules.
  • Experience working with source control systems such as Git or SVN and SFDX project structures.
  • Experience writing and troubleshooting Apex test classes.
  • Experience connecting to external systems via REST, SOAP, or similar APIs.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, and integration technologies.
  • Experience with CI/CD and managing deployments in SFDX, traditional org models, and Copado.
  • Proven ability to lead developers and manage complex Salesforce or MuleSoft implementations.
  • Must hold at least one Salesforce certification: Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, or JavaScript Developer I.
  • Preferred: advanced Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, organization, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and work outside normal business hours as needed.
  • Remote hires must travel to Ankeny, IA for company-paid orientation on their first day.
