Description

  • Partner with the Vice President of Strategic Finance & Corporate Development on cross-functional initiatives.
  • Perform strategic and financial analyses to support decisions on pricing, new products, cost structure, and expansion.
  • Work with leaders across the company to define how the business scales efficiently and reaches profitability.
  • Support financially sound decision-making with business stakeholders on items such as vendors and new products.
  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to grow the company and improve financial performance.
  • Build and maintain processes, models, analyses, dashboards, and presentations.
  • Identify and manage ad hoc projects as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with go-to-market teams on pricing development and scaling.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in banking, private equity, venture capital, or Ops/Strategy/Strategic Finance at a startup.
  • Strong Excel skills and familiarity with data visualization and AI tools.
  • Ability to present complex issues clearly through presentations, dashboards, and similar formats.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and experience building financial models from scratch.
  • Basic understanding of accounting concepts.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal guidance.
  • Humble, scrappy, adaptable, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong analytical skills and impeccable attention to detail.
  • Passion for building and improving operational processes.
  • Industry experience in SaaS or digital healthcare is a plus.
  • Pricing and packaging experience is a plus.
  • Must maintain work authorization without employer sponsorship; immigration sponsorship is not available.
  • Remote work is eligible within the USA, but not in Hawaii.
