Description

  • Partner with the Vice President of Strategic Finance & Corporate Development on cross-functional initiatives.
  • Perform strategic and financial analyses to support high-impact decisions such as pricing, new products, cost structure, and expansion.
  • Work with leaders across the company to define how Modern Health scales efficiently and reaches profitability.
  • Support financially sound decision-making with key business stakeholders on topics such as new vendors and new products.
  • Identify, manage, and execute ad hoc strategic projects as needed.
  • Collaborate with go-to-market teams to develop and scale pricing.
  • Help shape overall company strategy and the path to profitability.
  • Build processes, models, analyses, dashboards, and presentations to support decision-making.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in banking, private equity, venture capital, or Ops/Strategy/Strategic Finance at a startup.
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data visualization and AI tools.
  • Ability to present complex issues in a clear and compelling way through presentations, dashboards, or similar formats.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and experience building financial models from scratch.
  • Basic understanding of accounting concepts.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal guidance.
  • Humble, scrappy, adaptable, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Passion for building and improving operational processes.
  • Industry experience in SaaS or digital healthcare is a plus.
  • Pricing and packaging experience is a plus.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship; immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.
  • Remote work is available within the U.S., but the role cannot be performed in Hawaii.

  • Competitive base pay ranging from $152,300 to $179,200 USD in Zone 1, $137,070 to $161,280 USD in Zones 2 and 3, and $121,840 to $143,360 USD in Zone 4.
