Description

  • Build, own, and execute the sales strategy for an assigned geography and territory.
  • Prospect, develop, and close net new business within designated named accounts.
  • Manage a personal book of business and run business meetings remotely and in person as needed.
  • Build and manage pipeline activity to achieve annual and quarterly funnel targets.
  • Lead complex deal cycles through discovery, solution positioning, negotiation, and closing.
  • Leverage internal resources such as Solutions Consultants, Partners, Support, and Professional Services throughout the sales cycle.
  • Maintain accurate contact, account, and opportunity data in Salesforce.
  • Meet or exceed annual sales quota targets for ARR and funnel performance.
  • Develop and present compelling business value propositions to customer stakeholders.
  • Cultivate relationships with C-suite executives across multiple business divisions and functions.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of quota-carrying experience in enterprise software or SaaS sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated success selling complex solution suites such as ERP, BI, or Quote-to-Cash.
  • Experience selling into the life sciences or medical technology industry preferred.
  • Pure hunter experience selling new logos at companies with $1B+ in revenue.
  • Strong prospecting skills and ability to break into new accounts.
  • MEDDPICC sales experience and a consultative, provocative selling approach.
  • Ability to articulate complex value propositions clearly and persuasively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with MedTech technology and processes preferred.
  • Proven track record of following structured sales processes.
  • Ability and willingness to travel 20% of the time.
