Description

Partner closely with the team to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
Proactively source and attract top talent across multiple channels.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Contribute ideas to improve hiring strategies and recruitment processes.
Support hiring across both technical and non-technical roles, including junior positions.

Requirements

At least 3 years of recruitment experience, in an agency or in-house setting.
Experience sourcing for both technical and non-technical roles.
Confidence recruiting for junior positions as well as other role levels.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently.
Natural ability to identify talent and match candidates to the right opportunities.
Proficiency in English.
Proficiency in Bulgarian or Russian/Ukrainian.
