Description

Design and develop automated on-chain minting and cross-chain stablecoin liquidity management solutions.
Deploy modern web applications with strong security, compliance, and high-availability standards.
Implement monitoring and alerting systems to support high uptime and low-latency experiences.
Enhance the growing set of $M Extensions projects.
Support partner technical teams and help them integrate with the platform.
Improve existing products and contribute to ongoing platform development.
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
Mentor mid-level engineers, review code thoroughly, and promote knowledge sharing.
Apply agile practices and engineering discipline to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Requirements

7+ years of software engineering experience.
Strong proficiency in TypeScript and/or Rust.
Foundational understanding of smart contract development for EVM-compatible chains.
Experience with non-EVM chains such as Solana or Sui is a plus.
Proven experience building scalable RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
Direct DeFi experience, including lending, derivatives, AMMs, and stablecoins.
Ability to implement complex on-chain financial logic.
Practical experience deploying applications across multi-region cloud platforms.
Experience with CI/CD processes and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
Prior experience with the Fireblocks API is highly desirable.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work with finance experts, blockchain specialists, and designers.
High autonomy with a delivery-focused approach to meeting objectives.
