Description

  • Write and post technical job descriptions.
  • Source candidates on niche platforms such as ClearanceJobs, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
  • Screen IT resumes by parsing specialized skills and qualifications.
  • Conduct pre-screening calls to assess applicants’ abilities.
  • Interview candidates using structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions.
  • Coordinate with IT team leaders to understand hiring needs and department goals.
  • Craft and send personalized recruiting emails to passive candidates.
  • Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals.
  • Assist with onboarding new hires.
  • Support employer branding efforts by promoting the company as a great place to work.
  • Conduct job and task analyses to document duties and requirements.
  • Stay current on new technological trends and products.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-month time commitment.
  • Interest in learning staffing and government contracting recruiting.
  • Ability to support both cleared and uncleared opportunities.
  • Familiarity with or willingness to learn recruitment processes from start to finish.
  • Experience or interest in recruiting for technical and IT roles.
  • Ability to work across multiple business functions, including operations, HR, technology, accounting and finance, and office and administrative support.
  • Willingness to participate in networking events such as tech conferences and meetups.
  • Ability to contribute to recruiting deliverables, production, and KPI metrics.
  • Eligibility for a SkillBridge internship program is implied by the role.
