Description

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer support via phone, chat, email, and web-based portal.
  • Research, troubleshoot, and resolve support issues within defined response and resolution goals.
  • Identify and communicate workarounds to customers when needed.
  • Resolve issues identified through the self-service portal.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer calls and emails.
  • Prioritize and resolve issues according to service level agreements and severity levels.
  • Meet monthly customer satisfaction goals.
  • Provide after-hours on-call support when required.
  • Perform other reasonable tasks and duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in a customer service environment.
  • Commitment to helping customers achieve their goals.
  • Strong self-motivation and curiosity to learn and investigate issues deeply.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and take action independently.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work with a remote team toward shared goals.
  • Ability to mentor, inform, and educate customers and internal team members by simplifying complex information.
  • Ability to disagree constructively and collaborate effectively with teammates.
  • Customer-centric attitude with sound decision-making based on customer needs and product knowledge.
  • Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
