Description

  • Generate, qualify, and close new business from assigned targets to meet or exceed quota.
  • Build and maintain pipeline with a focus on named account acquisition and long-term opportunity development.
  • Identify customer challenges that can be solved with Mitek’s Fraud, Authentication, Mobile Capture, and Identity Verification solutions.
  • Serve as a brand advocate for Mitek’s suite of identity products with prospects and customers.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to execute go-to-market and sales strategies.
  • Organize and facilitate internal and external teams to drive deals through complex sales cycles.
  • Prepare clear, persuasive proposals, emails, and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Lead prospects through the buying process and align internal resources to deliver client outcomes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of prospecting, developing, and closing complex B2B sales for hosted services using a consultative approach.
  • At least 2 years of experience in software sales within the SaaS or technology industry.
  • Proven track record as a top producer with evidence of meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Experience maintaining laser focus on named account acquisition and building pipeline.
  • Proficiency in organizing and facilitating cross-functional teams to advance deals through complex sales cycles.
  • Organized, disciplined approach to prospecting and leading prospects through the buying process.
  • Superior active listening, qualification, and written/verbal communication skills for crafting proposals and presentations.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-starter mentality with strong business acumen, emotional intelligence, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • B.A. or B.S. degree preferred; familiarity with identity verification, biometrics, fraud prevention, risk management, or compliance technology is a plus.
