Description

  • Convert leads into active users and strategic partners.
  • Conduct meetings with decision-makers to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.
  • Lead negotiations, address client concerns, and secure agreements with prospective clients.
  • Manage client interactions from the first meeting through deal closure.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Identify new business opportunities beyond provided leads and expand the client base independently.
  • Take initiative to develop and close deals with minimal supervision.

Requirements

  • Fluent English proficiency.
  • Sales experience in HR, consulting, outsourcing, or related B2B fields.
  • Proven experience conducting chats and first contact outreach in English across varying levels of complexity.
  • Excellent listening, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Minimum of 3 years of general experience in sales, partnerships, or business.
  • Experience in business development or partnership roles is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in client acquisition.
  • Experience with lead conversion and relationship-building is highly valued.
