Description

  • Build long-term relationships with assigned wedding trade professionals to support their clients’ use of Minted for upcoming events.
  • Serve as a dedicated customer advocate and brand ambassador for wedding trade professionals and their customers.
  • Host video consultations with wedding planners and clients to introduce Minted’s offerings and help personalize designs and wedding websites.
  • Handle all email communication with wedding professionals and their customers, including proactive outreach about new products and promotions.
  • Document customer interactions thoroughly and accurately in the CRM while following departmental policies.
  • Use support tools, training, and the knowledge base to respond to inquiries and deliver a high-quality concierge experience.
  • Proactively track orders on behalf of planners and their clients using data and internal systems.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and share feedback with leadership.
  • Maintain detailed notes on every interaction with trade professionals and their customers.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience working with customers, preferably at a premium brand.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail, strong organization, and the ability to follow through.
  • Ability to confidently guide customers through product and service offerings in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and solve problems proactively.
  • Technologically adept; experience with eCommerce is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus.
  • Availability to work a flexible/variable schedule, including evenings and weekends, based on business needs.

Benefits

  • Hourly compensation of $22.23–$29.18 for Geo 2 locations and $20.40–$26.78 for Geo 3 locations.
  • Remote work arrangement.
  • Temporary role with a contract end date of 12/31/2026.
