Description

  • Handle phone, email, live chat, and social media customer interactions with ownership and warmth.
  • Resolve custom product questions, unique customer concerns, and fulfillment challenges without relying on rigid scripts.
  • Use internal knowledge bases to research product, design, photo, and printing questions.
  • Navigate multiple systems to review orders, custom design files, inventory, production schedules, and order changes.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in Salesforce or other CRM platforms while following data policies.
  • Maintain efficient availability and high-quality service through strong time management and proactive communication.
  • Identify operational errors and platform friction points, and share improvement insights with Customer Service leadership.
  • Participate in supervisor 1:1s and camera-on team huddles to discuss resolutions and workflow improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience serving high-end customers and fully owning complex problem resolution.
  • Experience handling inbound contact volume and working within contact queues.
  • Experience with e-commerce, customer-facing app support, or other fast-paced customer service environments.
  • Experience with design-related work or fulfillment, such as photo printing and design files; related interest or aptitude is preferred.
  • Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to create personalized professional responses without canned templates.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to maintain accuracy while continuously context-switching.
  • Experience with omnichannel CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Zendesk and ability to learn unfamiliar technologies quickly.
  • Ability to navigate multiple web-based tools simultaneously, including CRM systems, order databases, design files, and knowledge bases.
  • Availability for a set schedule that includes some evenings and weekends; applicants must reside in an eligible state.

Benefits

  • Fully remote seasonal role running from September through December 2026.
  • Set schedule within Minted’s seven-day operating hours, including applicable evenings and weekends.
  • Hourly compensation of $19.19 in designated Geo 2 markets or $17.62 in other eligible locations.
  • Small-team environment with direct supervisor support, regular live huddles, 1:1 check-ins, and visibility to senior leaders.
