Description

  • Lead content strategy for multiple clients as the main point of contact.
  • Generate monthly content ideas aligned with client goals and commercial outcomes.
  • Monitor content performance, including traffic, acquisition, rankings, and AI search visibility, and present results in dashboards.
  • Lead expert interviews, prepare questions, and coordinate the content production workflow with writers.
  • Edit, finalize, and publish drafts while managing client feedback and CMS uploads.
  • Run weekly or fortnightly client calls, provide Friday status updates, and handle client questions.
  • Push back on out-of-scope requests and act as a trusted advisor to clients.
  • Write content for clients and/or Mint Studios when needed.
  • Participate in internal strategy calls, brainstorming, and one-on-ones to support team growth.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing.
  • Strong writing ability and strategic thinking.
  • Clear, logical written communication.
  • Curiosity and willingness to research topics thoroughly.
  • Detail-oriented approach and commitment to high-quality work.
  • Ability to understand the broader product, client, and content strategy context.
  • Openness to feedback, advice, and learning new processes.
  • Empathy for both readers and clients.
  • Willingness to explain complex topics and improve writing and strategy skills.
  • No fintech or financial services background required; willingness to learn is important.
  • Ability to complete a paid 500–1,000 word writing test and a paid strategy project.

  • Salary of $60,000–$80,000.
