Description

  • Own key parts of the AI product line, including positioning, pricing, and how the field sells it.
  • Define growth strategy for AI, including target markets, customer segments, winning motions, and bet sequencing.
  • Work directly with inference platform teams, data platform leaders, and buying stakeholders to understand customer needs and buying decisions.
  • Join strategic deals, run the win/loss loop, and feed market feedback into product and go-to-market strategy.
  • Partner with Marketing on AI messaging, market narratives, and external content.
  • Build sales assets and support field teams so they can confidently run customer conversations and close important deals.
  • Shape pricing and packaging decisions for AIStor and MemKV across AI and analytics motions.
  • Track the competitive landscape for AI training and inference and influence differentiation strategy.
  • Develop partner go-to-market strategy for the AI ecosystem.
  • Use customer signal, pipeline data, and competitive insight to influence product direction.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in product management, including at least 3 years on infrastructure, data, or AI/ML products sold to technical buyers.
  • Strong understanding of modern AI and analytics stacks, including training and inference pipelines and storage tradeoffs.
  • Experience working closely with field teams on real revenue, including deal support and enablement.
  • Experience partnering with marketing on compelling narratives and external presentations such as conferences or webinars.
  • Strong analytical instincts and a data-driven approach to testing hypotheses.
  • Excellent written communication and rigorous thinking in writing.
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with engineering and earn technical credibility.
  • Comfort with pricing and packaging decisions; ownership or co-ownership is a plus.
  • Background in storage, analytics, databases, or data infrastructure.
  • Experience as an AI/ML engineer with deep expertise in the data infrastructure stack is a plus.
  • Experience with open-source-adjacent commercial products and their GTM motions is preferred.
  • Prior experience at a high-growth infrastructure company is preferred.
