Description

  • Collaborate with sales teams to qualify enterprise customer needs and conduct pre-demo analysis.
  • Manage multiple concurrent sales cycles and provide support or leadership as needed.
  • Deliver standard and customized product demonstrations to prospects and customers in person and virtually.
  • Create, maintain, and tailor demo scripts, scenarios, and environments for different personas and use cases.
  • Scope, design, and execute Proof of Concept engagements.
  • Prepare responses to RFIs and RFPs.
  • Maintain current knowledge of the product roadmap, competitive offerings, and Mindtickle differentiators.
  • Partner with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing on cross-functional initiatives and customer-facing work.
  • Translate business needs into product requirements and capture customer expectations.
  • Lead executive-level value discussions and build business cases for C-level stakeholders.
  • Support marketing events such as conferences, trade shows, webinars, and analyst relations activities.
  • Mentor and train colleagues across the organization.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a pre-sales role in a B2B SaaS environment, such as Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Management Consulting.
  • Experience supporting enterprise and strategic customers with sales cycles lasting 6-9+ months and average deal values over $250k.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for complex, consultative engagements.
  • Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor to enterprise sales teams.
  • Ownership-driven, proactive approach with initiative, energy, and urgency.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic small-team environment and balance strategy with hands-on execution.
  • Experience in Revenue Productivity or Sales Enablement is a bonus.
  • Experience positioning and selling AI-powered SaaS solutions is preferred.
  • Ability to explain concepts such as LLMs, agentic workflows, and machine learning to non-technical business leaders.
  • Executive presence and comfort engaging C-suite stakeholders and handling technical and commercial objections.
