Description

  • Design high-converting one-pagers, pitch-style landing pages, and simple marketing sites from briefs, outlines, or existing drafts.
  • Translate brand assets and social media visuals into responsive web layouts and structured components.
  • Prepare and package production-ready files for developer or no-code handoff, including organized Figma frames, exported assets, and specifications.
  • Ensure visual consistency across web pages, static PDFs, and social materials.
  • Verify layout quality by checking responsiveness, spacing, clarity, and alignment with modern web design trends before delivery.
  • Own the look and feel of web-based materials to keep them consistent, polished, and on-brand.
  • Collaborate with AI agents and use their output as a starting point for final web-ready designs.
  • Troubleshoot independently and deliver production-ready assets quickly.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in web design, UI design, digital marketing design, or visual communications is desirable.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related creative or technical field is a plus.
  • Deep proficiency in Figma, including responsive web layouts, auto-layout components, and design systems.
  • Experience creating high-converting, pitch-style landing pages with a strong focus on clarity, spacing, and modern design trends.
  • Solid understanding of preparing, specing, and packaging assets for developers or no-code tools such as Webflow or Framer.
  • Ability to maintain consistent brand aesthetics across web pages, social materials, and pitch decks.
  • English proficiency at Upper-intermediate (B2) level or above is required.
  • A structured, user-centric, and conversion-minded approach to design.
  • Strong eye for clarity, white space, and modern web layout trends.
  • Self-directed work style with the ability to troubleshoot independently and work fast.
  • A portfolio link with web design examples is required in the CV, and applications without relevant web design cases will not be considered.
