Description

  • Create black-box functional tests for large codebases written in multiple source languages.
  • Build and manage Docker-based environments for reproducible builds and test execution across platforms.
  • Monitor code coverage and configure automated scoring criteria to meet benchmark-level standards.
  • Use LLM tools to accelerate development cycles, automate repetitive tasks, and improve code quality.
  • Translate requirements for migration tasks across codebases with support from LLMs.
  • Debug and iterate inside containerized Linux environments to validate test behavior.
  • Collaborate on project-based AI evaluation work and contribute test-case generation for CLI tools.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, primarily in Python.
  • Deep experience with pytest, including fixtures, session-scoped setups, and timeouts.
  • Experience designing black-box functional tests for CLI tools.
  • Expert-level Docker skills, including reproducible Dockerfiles, user contexts, and secure workspaces.
  • Strong Linux and Bash scripting skills, with comfort debugging inside containers.
  • Proficiency with modern Python tooling such as uv, pyproject.toml, and packaging.
  • Ability to read and understand code in languages such as C, C++, Rust, or Go, with LLM assistance.
  • Experience using LLM tools such as Claude Code, Roo Code, or Cursor to speed up development and test generation.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
  • Prior experience with agent evaluation platforms and MCP CLI tools is required.
