Description

  • Build realistic developer environments that simulate a virtual company with codebase, infrastructure, tickets, docs, and conversations.
  • Design tasks that combine a benign development goal with an unsafe or out-of-scope shortcut.
  • Write tests that verify whether an agent completed the task the right way and catch unsafe shortcuts.
  • Review agent solutions, analyze failures, and iterate on tasks and tests based on QA feedback.
  • Refine evaluation scenarios until they are fair, robust, and able to distinguish safe from unsafe completions.
  • Work within project-based AI opportunities rather than permanent employment.
  • Submit tasks by the deadline and meet the listed acceptance criteria for acceptance.

Requirements

  • 4–5+ years of experience in software development.
  • Experience with Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Strong test design skills, including functional and integration tests.
  • Hands-on experience with coding agents such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot CLI, Codex, or similar.
  • Familiarity with GitHub PRs and CI workflows as a user.
  • Wider backend and infrastructure exposure is useful, including databases, CI pipelines, and deploy scripts.
  • English proficiency at B2+ level.
  • Cybersecurity experience is a nice-to-have but not required.
