Description

  • Build realistic developer environments with codebases, infrastructure, and supporting context such as tickets, docs, and conversations.
  • Design tasks that pair a legitimate development goal with a tempting unsafe shortcut.
  • Write tests that verify whether an AI agent completed the task the right way, not just whether the output works.
  • Review agent solutions, analyze failures, and refine tasks and tests based on QA feedback.
  • Create evaluation scenarios that catch scope creep, policy violations, data corruption, and over-permissive changes.
  • Iterate on tasks until the evaluation is fair, robust, and able to accept valid solutions while rejecting unsafe ones.

Requirements

  • 4–5+ years of experience in software development.
  • Experience with Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Strong test design skills, including functional and integration tests.
  • Hands-on experience with coding agents such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot CLI, Codex, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with GitHub pull requests and CI workflows as a user.
  • Broader backend and infrastructure exposure is useful, including databases, CI pipelines, and deploy scripts.
  • Cybersecurity experience is a nice-to-have but not required.
  • English proficiency at B2+ level.
  • Ability to work on project-based assignments rather than permanent employment.
