Description

  • Build realistic developer environments with believable codebases, infrastructure, and development context.
  • Design tasks that combine a benign development goal with a tempting unsafe shortcut.
  • Write tests that verify whether an agent completed the task the right way, not just whether the output is correct.
  • Review agent solutions, analyze failures, and refine tasks and tests based on QA feedback.
  • Create evaluation scenarios that distinguish safe completions from unsafe or out-of-scope behavior.
  • Ensure tests accept valid solutions while rejecting incorrect or unsafe ones.
  • Work within project-based assignments rather than permanent employment.

Requirements

  • 4–5+ years of experience in software development.
  • Experience with Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Strong test design skills, including functional and integration tests.
  • Hands-on experience with coding agents such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot CLI, Codex, or similar.
  • Familiarity with GitHub pull requests and CI workflows as a user.
  • Broader backend and infrastructure exposure is useful, including databases, CI pipelines, and deploy scripts.
  • Cybersecurity experience is a nice-to-have but not required.
  • English proficiency at B2+ level.
  • CV must be submitted in English.

  • Estimated 20–25 hours per week during active phases.
  • Payment for completed tasks that meet acceptance criteria.
