Description

  • Build realistic developer environments that include codebases, infrastructure, tickets, documentation, and conversation history.
  • Design coding tasks with benign goals and tempting unsafe shortcuts such as scope creep, policy violations, or data corruption.
  • Write tests that verify whether an agent completed the task the right way and catch unsafe shortcuts.
  • Review agent solutions, analyze failures, and refine tasks and tests based on QA feedback.
  • Iterate on evaluation scenarios until they are fair, robust, and able to distinguish safe from unsafe completions.
  • Work within project-based task flows and submit completed tasks by the required deadlines.

Requirements

  • 4–5+ years of experience in software development.
  • Experience with Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Strong test design skills, including functional and integration tests.
  • Hands-on experience with coding agents such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot CLI, Codex, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with GitHub pull requests and CI workflows as a user.
  • Broad exposure to backend and infrastructure concepts, including databases, CI pipelines, and deploy scripts, is useful.
  • Cybersecurity experience is a nice-to-have but not required.
  • English proficiency at B2+ level.
  • Ability to work on tasks estimated at around 20–25 hours per week during active phases.
