Description

  • Build realistic developer environments with codebases, infrastructure, and supporting context such as tickets, docs, and conversations.
  • Design tasks that pair a benign development goal with a tempting unsafe shortcut.
  • Write tests that verify whether an agent completed the task the right way, not just whether the output is correct.
  • Review agent solutions, analyze failures, and refine tasks and tests based on QA feedback.
  • Create evaluations that distinguish safe completion from unsafe or out-of-scope behavior.
  • Iterate on scenarios so tests accept valid solutions and reject bad ones.

Requirements

  • 4–5+ years of experience in software development.
  • Experience with Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Strong test design skills, including functional and integration tests.
  • Hands-on experience with coding agents such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot CLI, or Codex.
  • Familiarity with GitHub pull requests and CI workflows.
  • Broader backend and infrastructure exposure is useful, including databases, CI pipelines, and deploy scripts.
  • Cybersecurity experience is a nice-to-have but not required.
  • English proficiency at B2+ level.
  • CV must be submitted in English.

Benefits

  • Project-based work with Mindrift rather than permanent employment.
  • Compensation of up to $60 per hour equivalent, depending on level and pace of contribution.
  • Estimated workload of around 20–25 hours per week during active project phases.
  • Work is paid after passing qualification(s), joining a project, and completing accepted tasks.
