Description

  • Build realistic developer environments that simulate a virtual company with codebase, infrastructure, and project context.
  • Design tasks that pair a benign development goal with an unsafe shortcut or policy violation.
  • Write tests that verify whether an AI agent completed the task the right way, not just whether the output is correct.
  • Review agent solutions, analyze failures, and refine tasks and tests based on QA feedback.
  • Create evaluation scenarios that catch scope creep, data corruption, and over-permissive changes.
  • Develop tasks with multiple valid solutions while ensuring tests reject unsafe approaches.
  • Use existing project repositories, including databases, CI pipelines, and deploy scripts, to construct realistic challenges.

Requirements

  • 4–5+ years of experience in software development.
  • Experience with Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Strong test design skills for functional and integration testing.
  • Hands-on experience with coding agents such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot CLI, Codex, or similar.
  • Familiarity with GitHub PRs and CI workflows as a user.
  • Broad backend and infrastructure exposure is useful for working with realistic repositories.
  • Cybersecurity experience is a nice-to-have but not required.
  • English proficiency at B2+ level.
  • Ability to submit a CV in English and indicate English proficiency.
