Description

  • Design high-converting one-pagers, pitch-style landing pages, and simple marketing sites from copy, outlines, or drafts.
  • Translate brand assets and social visuals into responsive web layouts and structured components for developer or no-code implementation.
  • Prepare and package production-ready Figma files, assets, and specifications for handoff.
  • Ensure visual consistency across web pages, static PDFs, social materials, and pitch decks.
  • Verify responsiveness, spacing, clarity, and adherence to modern web design standards before delivery.
  • Own the look and feel of web-based materials to keep them consistent and polished.
  • Work independently from rough prompts, AI-generated drafts, or existing brand systems.
  • Troubleshoot design issues and deliver assets quickly during active project phases.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in web design, UI design, digital marketing design, or visual communications.
  • Strong portfolio focused on landing pages, marketing websites, and product or startup one-pagers.
  • Proficiency in Figma, including responsive layouts, auto-layout components, and design systems.
  • Experience preparing design assets and specifications for developers or no-code tools such as Webflow or Framer.
  • Ability to maintain cross-platform brand consistency across web, social, and pitch materials.
  • User-centric, conversion-minded design approach.
  • Strong eye for clarity, white space, and modern web layout trends.
  • Self-directed work ethic with the ability to work independently and troubleshoot issues.
  • Upper-intermediate (B2) English proficiency or above.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, HCI, or a related field is a plus.
