Description

  • Create outstanding interaction and visual designs that delight end users.
  • Align design efforts with client business objectives.
  • Work closely with the engagement team and clients throughout the design process.
  • Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Program Management to deliver products using Agile practices.
  • Communicate project status, work in progress, and delivery timelines to the team and clients.
  • Adapt to changes in priority and scope as needed.
  • Participate in UX and engagement rituals and meetings.
  • Identify risks and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Contribute to client presentations and help prepare workshops.
  • Suggest improvements to standard tools and processes.
  • Stay aware of industry trends and emerging technologies, including AI, for future projects.
  • Work on HTML and CSS for front-end/web development.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in a client-facing UX position.
  • Expertise working with digital products, business logic, processes, and a variety of clients.
  • Strong interaction design or visual design skills.
  • A demonstrated desire to continue growing UX skills.
  • Practical knowledge and experience with Agile practices and Lean methodologies.
  • Experience working with global teams is a plus.
  • Highly culturally aware.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and AI tools.
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for front-end/web development.
