Description

  • Design high-converting one-pagers, landing pages, and simple marketing sites from briefs, copy, outlines, or existing drafts.
  • Translate brand assets and social media visuals into responsive web layouts and structured components.
  • Prepare production-ready files by organizing Figma frames, exporting assets, and documenting specifications for handoff.
  • Ensure visual consistency across web pages, static PDFs, social materials, and other brand touchpoints.
  • Verify responsiveness, spacing, clarity, and adherence to modern web design standards before delivery.
  • Work independently to turn rough prompts, AI-generated drafts, or brand systems into structured web designs.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in web design, UI design, digital marketing design, or visual communications is desirable.
  • A strong portfolio focused on landing pages, marketing websites, and product or startup one-pagers is required.
  • Deep proficiency in Figma, including responsive layouts, auto-layout components, and design systems.
  • Experience preparing assets and specifications for developers or no-code tools such as Webflow or Framer.
  • Ability to maintain cross-platform brand consistency across web, social, and pitch materials.
  • A structured, user-centric, conversion-minded approach to design.
  • Strong eye for clarity, white space, and modern web layout trends.
  • Self-directed work style with the ability to troubleshoot independently and deliver production-ready assets quickly.
  • Upper-intermediate English (B2) or above is required.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, HCI, or a related field is a plus.
