Description

  • Design high-converting marketing assets for paid ads, social media, display banners, email, and promotional campaigns.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all creative and landing page deliverables.
  • Design and build responsive landing pages using Webflow, Framer, or similar no-code/low-code tools.
  • Launch and optimize landing pages for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
  • Improve page layouts, user flows, forms, calls-to-action, and visual hierarchy to increase conversions.
  • Support A/B testing and conversion rate optimization initiatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams, copywriters, leadership, and campaign stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and creative requests independently.
  • Update and improve existing landing pages and marketing assets based on performance and user behavior.

Requirements

  • Full-time availability with remote work aligned to U.S. business hours, preferably EST.
  • Proficiency in one or more design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Strong portfolio showing landing pages, paid ad creatives, digital marketing assets, and conversion-focused design.
  • Hands-on experience with Webflow, Framer, or similar landing page builders.
  • Ability to independently design, build, launch, and optimize landing pages.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, visual hierarchy, and user behavior.
  • Strong project management, organization, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Comfort working remotely in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects independently.
  • Preferred experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or paid media environments.
  • Preferred knowledge of A/B testing, CRO, SEO best practices, HTML, CSS, React, Next.js, Git/GitHub, advanced prototyping, or motion graphics/animation.
