Description

  • Design high-converting one-pagers, landing pages, and simple marketing sites from briefs, outlines, or draft content.
  • Translate brand assets and social visuals into responsive web layouts and reusable components.
  • Prepare production-ready files, including organized Figma frames, exported assets, and detailed specifications for handoff.
  • Ensure visual consistency across web pages, PDFs, pitch decks, and social materials.
  • Verify responsiveness, spacing, clarity, and overall layout quality before delivery.
  • Own the look and feel of web-based materials to keep them aligned with the broader brand ecosystem.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in web design, UI design, digital marketing design, or visual communications is desirable.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field is a plus.
  • Deep proficiency in Figma, including responsive layouts, auto-layout components, and design systems.
  • Experience creating conversion-driven landing pages with a strong eye for clarity, spacing, and modern web design trends.
  • Solid understanding of preparing and packaging assets for developers or no-code tools such as Webflow or Framer.
  • Ability to maintain cross-platform brand consistency across web, social, and pitch materials.
  • Upper-intermediate English (B2) or above is required.
  • A structured, user-centric, and conversion-minded design approach is required.
  • A portfolio link with relevant web design examples must be included in the CV.
