Description

  • Design high-converting one-pagers, landing pages, and simple marketing sites from copy, outlines, or existing drafts.
  • Translate brand assets and social visuals into responsive web layouts and structured sections.
  • Prepare production-ready design files, including organized Figma frames, exported assets, and implementation specs for handoff.
  • Ensure visual consistency across web pages, static PDFs, pitch decks, and social materials.
  • Verify responsiveness, spacing, clarity, and alignment with modern web design trends before delivery.
  • Own the look and feel of web-based marketing materials to keep them polished and brand-aligned.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in web design, UI design, digital marketing design, or visual communications.
  • Strong portfolio focused on landing pages, marketing websites, and startup or product one-pagers.
  • Proficiency in Figma for responsive layouts, auto-layout components, and design systems.
  • Experience preparing design assets and specs for developers or no-code tools such as Webflow or Framer.
  • Ability to work from rough prompts, AI-generated drafts, or existing brand systems.
  • Strong understanding of clear hierarchy, typography, white space, and modern web layout trends.
  • User-centric, conversion-minded approach to design.
  • Self-directed work ethic with the ability to troubleshoot independently and deliver production-ready assets quickly.
  • English proficiency at upper-intermediate (B2) level or above.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, HCI, or a related field is a plus.
