Description

  • Design high-converting one-pagers, landing pages, and simple marketing sites from copy, outlines, or drafts.
  • Translate brand assets and social visuals into responsive web layouts and structured components.
  • Prepare production-ready design files, including organized Figma frames, exported assets, and detailed specs.
  • Ensure visual consistency across web pages, PDFs, and social materials.
  • Verify responsiveness, spacing, clarity, and alignment with modern web design standards before delivery.
  • Own the look and feel of web-based materials to keep them consistent and on-brand.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in web design, UI design, digital marketing design, or visual communications.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, HCI, or a related field is a plus.
  • Deep proficiency in Figma, including auto-layout components and design systems.
  • Experience creating responsive, conversion-driven landing pages with a strong eye for clarity and spacing.
  • Solid understanding of developer handoff and packaging assets for implementation in tools like Webflow or Framer.
  • Ability to translate brand aesthetics consistently across web, social, and pitch deck materials.
  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2) or above is required.
  • A structured, user-centric, conversion-minded design approach.
  • Strong portfolio with web design examples; applications without a relevant portfolio will not be considered.
  • Self-directed work style with the ability to troubleshoot independently and deliver production-ready assets quickly.
