Description

  • Design high-converting one-pagers, pitch-style landing pages, and simple marketing sites from briefs, outlines, or rough drafts.
  • Translate brand assets and social media visuals into responsive web layouts and structured components that are easy for developers or no-code tools to implement.
  • Prepare and package production-ready design files, including organizing Figma frames, exporting assets, and documenting specifications for handoff.
  • Ensure visual consistency across web pages, static PDFs, and social materials.
  • Verify responsiveness, spacing, clarity, and adherence to modern web design standards before delivery.
  • Own the look and feel of web-based materials so they align with the broader brand ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with AI agents and apply human judgment, domain expertise, and layout skills to refine deliverables.
  • Troubleshoot independently and deliver production-ready assets quickly.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in web design, UI design, digital marketing design, or visual communications.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related creative/technical field is a plus.
  • Deep proficiency in Figma for responsive web layouts, auto-layout components, and design systems.
  • Experience creating conversion-driven, pitch-style landing pages with a strong focus on clarity and spacing.
  • Solid understanding of how to spec, prepare, and package assets for implementation in tools such as Webflow or Framer.
  • Ability to translate brand aesthetics consistently across web pages, social materials, and pitch decks.
  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2) or above is required.
  • A structured, user-centric, and conversion-minded approach to design.
  • Strong eye for clarity, white space, and modern web layout trends.
  • CV must include a portfolio link with web design examples; applications without relevant portfolio cases will not be considered.
