Description

  • Design high-converting one-pagers, pitch-style landing pages, and simple marketing sites from copy, outlines, or existing drafts.
  • Translate brand assets and social media visuals into responsive web layouts and structured components for developer or no-code implementation.
  • Prepare and securely package production-ready files, including organizing Figma frames, exporting assets, and documenting specs for handoff.
  • Ensure visual consistency across web pages, static PDFs, and social materials.
  • Verify responsiveness, spacing, clarity, and alignment with modern web design standards before delivery.
  • Own the look and feel of web-based materials to keep them consistent, polished, and aligned with the brand ecosystem.
  • Collaborate within a hybrid AI + human workflow, using AI agents for repetitive tasks while applying creative judgment and domain expertise.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in web design, UI design, digital marketing design, or visual communications is desirable.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related creative or technical field is a plus.
  • Deep proficiency in Figma for responsive web layouts, auto-layout components, and design systems.
  • Experience designing conversion-driven, pitch-style landing pages with strong attention to clarity, spacing, and modern design trends.
  • Solid understanding of preparing, specing, and packaging assets for implementation by developers or no-code tools such as Webflow or Framer.
  • Ability to translate brand aesthetics consistently across web pages, social materials, and pitch decks.
  • English proficiency at Upper-intermediate (B2) level or above is required.
  • A structured, user-centric, and conversion-minded approach to design.
  • Strong eye for clarity, white space, and modern web layout trends.
  • Self-directed work ethic with the ability to troubleshoot independently and deliver production-ready assets quickly.
  • A CV that includes a portfolio link with web design examples is required.
  • Applications without a portfolio link or relevant web design cases will not be considered.

Benefits

  • Part-time remote freelance opportunity.
  • Estimated workload of around 10–20 hours per week during active project phases.
  • Compensation up to $28 per hour equivalent, depending on level and pace of contribution.
