Description

  • Design high-stakes pitch decks and professional one-pagers tailored to specific audiences.
  • Translate complex data into clear visual storytelling with a strong focus on minimalism and information hierarchy.
  • Elevate presentations using custom fonts, elegant animations, and strong visual consistency.
  • Apply a polished, persuasive, premium corporate-meets-creative style across all deliverables.
  • Validate visual alignment, pacing, and brand adherence before final delivery.
  • Collaborate with Tendem Agents in a hybrid AI + human workflow to complete specialized storytelling tasks.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, presentation design, visual storytelling, or data visualization.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or a related creative field is a plus.
  • Expertise in PowerPoint, Keynote, or similar presentation software for building complex, dynamic, and animated decks.
  • Deep proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or Figma for custom graphics and layouts.
  • Ability to translate complex data and multi-level hierarchical structures into clear, minimalist visual storytelling.
  • Advanced skills in typography and smooth, elegant animations for premium deliverables.
  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2) or above is required.
  • Hands-on experience creating high-end, premium corporate-meets-creative style layouts.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to visual perfection.
  • Self-directed work ethic with the ability to troubleshoot design challenges independently.
  • CV must include a portfolio link featuring high-end presentations, pitch decks, and data visualization.
