Description

  • Develop original concept art for stylized and realistically detailed environment and character designs.
  • Collaborate closely with art and design teams to maintain visual consistency and incorporate feedback.
  • Translate project briefs into compelling visual narratives that support the project vision.
  • Produce multiple iterations quickly while balancing creativity with production deadlines.
  • Create color scripts, mood boards, and reference boards to guide final production design.
  • Use a hybrid workflow that combines traditional painting, 3D modeling, digital painting, and AI-augmented tools.
  • Support the final production design process with efficient AI-assisted workflows.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Concept Artist, especially in environment design.
  • Strong proficiency with digital painting tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Corel Painter, or Procreate.
  • Solid grasp of traditional art fundamentals.
  • Demonstrated comfort with AI-assisted pipelines within an artist-centric workflow.
  • Minimum required proficiency with Nano-Banana and GPT-image.
  • Familiarity with advanced AI generation environments and nodes such as ComfyUI, Forge, or A1111 is highly desirable.
  • Ability to stylize designs while incorporating realistic details.
  • Familiarity with 3D software is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong portfolio showing detailed, immersive environment art and, ideally, an AI-integrated workflow.
