Description

  • Investigate and analyze the needs of users and stakeholders.
  • Define and prioritize user experience requirements.
  • Design interaction flows, wireframes, and low- and high-fidelity prototypes.
  • Conduct usability testing and analyze results to iterate on solutions.
  • Develop style guides and design systems to ensure consistency.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across development, product, and business.
  • Ensure solutions meet accessibility criteria and UX/UI best practices.

Requirements

  • University degree in Design, Visual Communication, Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis, or a related field recognized by the Ministry of Education and Culture, or be an advanced student with at least 60% of credits approved.
  • Experience with prototyping and interface design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Minimum 2 years of documented experience in user experience design, UX research, or interface design, with an average weekly dedication of at least 20 hours.
  • Experience with user-centered design methodologies and collaborative work with development and product teams.
  • Preferred experience in UX/UI roles in the private and/or public sector.
  • Preferred knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
  • Preferred knowledge of analytics tools and A/B testing.
  • Preferred experience in accessible design practices, including WCAG and WAI-ARIA.
  • Ability to present and defend design proposals to different audiences.
