Description

  • Design high-stakes pitch decks and professional one-pagers tailored to specific audiences.
  • Translate complex data into clear visual storytelling with strong visual hierarchy and minimalism.
  • Elevate presentations with custom fonts, elegant animations, and consistent visual treatment.
  • Apply a polished premium style across all deliverables that blends corporate and creative design.
  • Validate visual alignment, pacing, and brand adherence before final delivery.
  • Collaborate with Tendem Agents while providing critical thinking, domain expertise, and formatting quality.
  • Work independently on project-based tasks on your own schedule.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, presentation design, visual storytelling, or data visualization.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or a related creative field is a plus.
  • Expertise in PowerPoint, Keynote, or similar presentation software for building complex, dynamic, and animated decks.
  • Deep proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or Figma.
  • Ability to translate complex data and multi-level hierarchical structures into clear, minimalist visual storytelling.
  • Advanced skills in typography and creating smooth, elegant animations.
  • Upper-intermediate English level (B2) or above is required, and applicants must indicate their English level.
  • A CV with a portfolio link featuring high-end presentations, pitch decks, and data visualization is required.
  • Hands-on experience creating high-end, premium corporate-meets-creative style layouts is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot design challenges independently is required.
