Description

Own the creation of clean layouts, modern infographics, and clear visual hierarchy for readable, engaging content.
Design reusable templates for social media channels and impactful one-pagers.
Work with advanced typography, grid systems, and composition to improve everyday materials.
Transform raw data and concepts into professional visual assets tailored to marketing and communication goals.
Check design quality by verifying visual alignment, color usage, and layout consistency before delivery.
Collaborate with Tendem Agents in a hybrid AI + human workflow to complete specialized visual tasks.
Use industry-standard tools to structure information cleanly and effectively across diverse formats.

Requirements

1-2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, digital design, or visual communications is desirable.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related creative field is a plus.
Exceptional grasp of typography, grid systems, and visual composition.
Proven ability to create modern infographics and compelling social media templates.
Deep proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, as well as Figma.
Ability to switch between one-pagers and digital templates while adapting to each format’s constraints.
Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2) or above is required.
An adaptable, fast-paced, detail-oriented mindset.
Strong dedication to delivering visually polished, professional-grade assets.
Self-directed work ethic with the ability to manage diverse visual tasks simultaneously.
CV must include a link to a portfolio with graphic design examples; applications without a portfolio link or relevant cases will not be considered.
