Description

  • Create visually compelling design materials for print and digital platforms.
  • Develop original concepts and determine effective use of color, typography, imagery, and layout.
  • Retouch and manipulate images as needed for project deliverables.
  • Coordinate with others from concept phase through project completion.
  • Prepare and export print-ready artwork to required specifications.
  • Manage the design and upload process for project materials using a content management system.
  • Ensure projects are completed to a high standard and on schedule.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Maintain client brand identity and design standards across all work.
  • Work independently on client projects or contribute specific design components as part of a remote team.

Requirements

  • Degree in graphic design.
  • Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio of work.
  • 3+ years of experience with design software, including Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Animate.
  • 3+ years of experience creating Microsoft Word and PowerPoint templates.
  • Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred.
  • Experience creating Google ad-ready HTML banners, preferably in Adobe Animate.
  • Ability to create event branding and roll out associated assets across print, web, social, and presentation formats.
  • Excellent English communication skills, including Australian spelling and grammar.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and deadline-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail, creativity, flexibility, analytical skills, and ability to work accurately and quickly.
