Description

  • Own end-to-end data extraction workflows across complex websites.
  • Use Apify, OpenRouter, and custom workflows to speed up data collection, validation, and task execution.
  • Extract data from dynamic and interactive web sources, including JavaScript-rendered content.
  • Apply quality controls through validation checks, cross-source consistency checks, and format verification.
  • Scale scraping operations for large datasets using batching or parallelization.
  • Monitor scraping failures and maintain stability when site structures change.
  • Deliver structured datasets that meet defined requirements.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in data engineering, web scraping, automation, or software development.
  • Strong Python web scraping experience with tools such as BeautifulSoup and Selenium, or similar.
  • Experience handling dynamic content such as JavaScript, AJAX, infinite scroll, and APIs via proxies.
  • Ability to extract data from complex structures, including hierarchies, archived pages, and inconsistent HTML.
  • Solid experience with data cleaning, normalization, and validation, delivering CSV, JSON, or Google Sheets outputs.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI frameworks for automation and problem-solving.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Self-directed work ethic with the ability to troubleshoot independently.
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related technical field is a plus.
  • English proficiency at Upper-intermediate (B2) or above.
  • GitHub link is a plus.
