Description

Build realistic consulting project environments grounded in real engagement dynamics, including industry context, financials, constraints, and incomplete information.
Design structured consulting tasks for AI agents, such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, operational diagnosis, and benchmarking.
Define evaluation criteria, grading frameworks, and quality standards for each task.
Create golden-answer solutions to support training and calibration of an LLM-based grading system.
Translate real consulting engagements into end-to-end examples from problem structuring through client-ready recommendations.
Work independently on analytical design and evaluation as a remote individual contributor.

Requirements

3+ years of experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY-Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy& (PwC).
Direct hands-on project experience at one of the eligible top-tier strategy consulting firms.
Experience structuring ambiguous client problems into workable analytical plans.
Experience building financial models, market analyses, or synthesized findings from messy inputs.
Experience producing client-ready deliverables under time pressure.
Experience forming and defending recommendations under uncertainty.
Strong structured problem-solving and hypothesis-driven thinking.
Ability to translate vague problems into clear analytical steps and deliverables.
High attention to logical consistency and output quality.
Clear written English at B2+ level.
Independent, self-directed working style.
No deep technical background required; onboarding on lightweight tools will be provided.
