Description

  • Design and evaluate fee inquiry and statement clarification scenarios, including verifying fee amounts and identifying the correct policy or descriptor mapping.
  • Create autopay and payment setup scenarios with deliberate error conditions such as incorrect payees, insufficient funds, wrong draft dates, or missing confirmations.
  • Build card replacement and fraud claim scenarios that test card-block urgency, fraud-signal recognition, intake capture, and handoff to the disputes team.
  • Author account closure scenarios that test retention-offer eligibility, pending-transaction checks, and refusal handling for ineligible customers.
  • Grade responses for factual accuracy, empathy, conversational tone, and channel-appropriate communication in voice and chat.
  • Identify whether a customer issue falls within servicing scope and apply the correct rule from a fee schedule or policy document.

Requirements

  • Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Communications, Psychology, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, banking, retail, or financial services.
  • Current or recent experience in customer service and support, banking and financial roles, or adjacent roles.
  • Strong routing judgment and the ability to determine what is and is not within servicing scope.
  • Ability to read fee schedules or policy documents and apply the correct rule to a specific situation.
  • QA analyst, call-center trainer, or conversation designer background is a strong plus.
  • Strong written English at C1 level or higher.
  • Willingness to work on part-time, project-based, non-permanent assignments.
  • Ability to submit a CV in English and indicate English proficiency.
