Description

  • Design and evaluate fee inquiry and statement clarification scenarios to verify fee amounts against disclosed schedules and distinguish mapping questions from fraud claims.
  • Create autopay and payment setup scenarios with intentional error conditions such as incorrect payees, insufficient funds, wrong draft dates, or missing confirmation steps.
  • Build card replacement and fraud claim scenarios that test card-block urgency, fraud-signal recognition, intake capture, and handoff to the disputes team.
  • Author account closure scenarios that test retention-offer eligibility, pending-transaction checks, and refusal to extend offers to ineligible customers.
  • Grade responses for factual accuracy and conversational tone, including empathy, appropriate channel register, and clarity without over-promising.
  • Complete qualification steps and project tasks as part of a project-based workflow.
  • Work within estimated project phases of approximately 10–20 hours per week when a project is active.

Requirements

  • Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Communications, Psychology, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of customer service, banking, retail, or financial services experience.
  • Current or recent experience in customer service and support, banking and financial roles, or adjacent roles.
  • Strong routing judgment and the ability to determine whether an issue is within servicing scope.
  • Ability to read fee schedules or policy documents and apply the correct rule to a specific situation.
  • Background as a QA analyst, call-center trainer, or conversation designer is a strong plus.
  • Strong written English at C1 level or higher.
  • Willingness to work on part-time, non-permanent, project-based assignments.
  • Submit a CV in English and indicate English proficiency.
