Description

  • Design and evaluate rule application scenarios by comparing compliance artifacts against specific regulations and citing the applicable subsection.
  • Write sanctions alert disposition cases with structured false-positive reasoning and escalation documentation.
  • Build compliance testing scenarios, including sample selection, test design, findings documentation, and examiner-ready conclusion memos.
  • Develop policy gap identification cases where internal policies conflict with, omit, or lag behind regulatory requirements.
  • Document all test cases with verified regulatory citations to the specific subsection without approximation or fabrication.
  • Work on project-based tasks during active phases, typically for 10–20 hours per week.
  • Complete qualification steps, join assigned projects, and deliver paid task outputs.

Requirements

  • Degree in Law, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in compliance, audit, legal, risk management, or financial services.
  • Current or recent experience in compliance and regulatory roles, financial crimes, or adjacent roles.
  • Strong citation discipline and the ability to identify the exact regulatory subsection that applies.
  • CRCM, CAMS, or an equivalent local credential is a strong advantage.
  • Former regulatory examiner or inspector experience is equally strong.
  • Strong written English at C1+ level.
  • Willingness to work on part-time, non-permanent, project-based assignments.
  • Ability to submit a CV in English and indicate English proficiency.
