Description

  • Own the lifecycle of front-end applications, ensuring they are secure, high-performing, and scalable.
  • Design and build front-end solutions as a technical partner rather than only implementing provided designs.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment using Scrum or Kanban.
  • Work with minimal supervision while contributing to self-organized team delivery.
  • Champion SEO, accessibility, and performance best practices, including Core Web Vitals optimization.
  • Build seamless, isomorphic applications using React, Next.js, and server-side rendering concepts.
  • Contribute to feature development and technical decision-making with the team and client stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with React.js and Next.js.
  • Proficiency with Redux or similar state management tools.
  • Familiarity with GraphQL and REST APIs.
  • Solid skills in HTML5, CSS3, and pre/post-processors such as SASS, LESS, or PostCSS.
  • Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Enzyme.
  • Knowledge of performance optimization tools such as New Relic, Grafana, or Core Web Vitals.
  • Strong English communication skills and the ability to collaborate clearly with others.
  • Comfort working autonomously on complex projects with a self-driven mindset.
  • Experience with Azure is a strong plus.
  • Exposure to different tech stacks and environments is highly valued.
  • Willingness to travel 0%-15% depending on project, client, and organizational needs.
