Description

  • Design, build, and operate end-to-end data pipelines for both real-time and batch workloads.
  • Ensure data flows reliably from raw ingestion through modeling-ready layers.
  • Develop robust data ecosystems across AWS, GCP, and Azure environments.
  • Automate and orchestrate workflows using Apache Airflow.
  • Build software services and automate processes with Python.
  • Design Star Schemas, Semantic Models, and optimized data platforms using appropriate data modeling methodologies.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership, clients, developers, and cloud engineers to align technical solutions and expectations.
  • Monitor, schedule, and maintain data workflows and related infrastructure.
  • Support end-to-end delivery of data solutions in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Guide and mentor others through collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a data engineer with end-to-end delivery in fast-paced environments.
  • Professional fluency in English.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with developers, leadership, and clients.
  • Solid understanding of engineering and architectural principles.
  • Comfort working with CI/CD workflows and version control using Git.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Exposure to Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.
  • Deep experience with modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, and Spark.
  • Strong expertise in Apache Airflow or similar orchestration tools.
  • Familiarity with event-driven or streaming technologies such as Kafka or similar.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and advanced SQL for large-scale datasets.
  • Highly proficient in dimensional modeling, especially Kimball, and in building robust OLAP systems.
