Description

  • Own ongoing reporting and analysis of player and revenue performance across the business.
  • Track retention, reactivation, cohort payback, lifetime value, ARPU, and bonus or promotion impact across key segments.
  • Analyze the full player lifecycle from acquisition and onboarding through early engagement and long-term retention.
  • Break down performance across sportsbook, casino, and retention or promotions levers to identify drivers of change.
  • Evaluate how acquisition quality, onboarding, incentives, and product features affect engagement, frequency, retention, and LTV.
  • Support and assess commercial and product initiatives such as free-to-play games, loyalty frameworks, promotional mechanics, and market launches.
  • Define success metrics and KPIs for new initiatives, track post-launch performance, and identify what needs to evolve.
  • Explain shifts in retention, revenue, and payback in a clear, structured way that distinguishes short-term effects from sustainable improvements.
  • Translate analysis into practical recommendations on where to focus to improve product, retention, and promotional performance.
  • Help teams prioritize the initiatives with the greatest commercial impact.

Requirements

  • Experience in iGaming, betting, or a similar gaming environment is essential.
  • 4+ years of experience in commercial, analytics, or strategy roles.
  • Strong understanding of player economics and lifecycle metrics such as retention, LTV, payback, and ARPU.
  • Proven ability to turn analysis into clear, actionable insight.
  • Hands-on experience with data and BI tools.
  • Comfort using tools such as Omni, Looker, Tableau, or similar to independently explore data and build analysis.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex issues simply and clearly.
  • Comfortable working across product, marketing, trading, and finance teams.
  • Collaborative, structured, and detail-oriented working style.
  • Experience across both sportsbook and casino is nice to have.
  • SQL experience or experience working closely with data teams is nice to have.
  • Familiarity with lifecycle or retention mechanics is nice to have.
