Description

  • Own the strategy, roadmap, execution, and performance of landing page optimization across paid acquisition, campaign, and lifecycle marketing experiences.
  • Develop and prioritize testing hypotheses using user behavior, conversion data, audience insights, and campaign performance.
  • Improve conversion rates through experimentation across messaging, content hierarchy, page structure, calls-to-action, and user experience.
  • Build, publish, QA, and maintain marketing landing pages using Prismic and existing component libraries.
  • Configure and manage experiments in Statsig and other testing platforms.
  • Work closely with Paid Media, Growth, Analytics, Brand, Clinical, Legal, and Compliance teams to improve acquisition and conversion experiences.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering when tests require tracking, integrations, or technical functionality.
  • Support broader conversion strategy across joinmidi.com and ensure continuity between acquisition pages and the core patient experience.
  • Partner with Brand and Content teams to evolve Midi’s voice, positioning, and landing page architecture.
  • Analyze experiment results and conversion metrics to generate actionable recommendations and improve first-visit bookings.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Landing Page Optimization (LPO), Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience owning landing page strategy, experimentation programs, and conversion optimization initiatives.
  • Direct experience optimizing landing pages for paid acquisition programs with measurable conversion impact.
  • Hands-on experience building and publishing digital experiences within a CMS environment.
  • Experience operating in high-volume digital acquisition environments where conversion metrics affect business performance.
  • Experience in healthcare, digital health, health-tech, health insurance, or another highly regulated industry is preferred.
  • Experience supporting both services-based and product-based customer journeys is preferred.
  • Experience in subscription, marketplace, ecommerce, travel, consumer technology, or digital services businesses is preferred.
  • Experience with CMS platforms such as Prismic, Contentful, Webflow, or similar tools.
  • Experience with experimentation platforms such as Statsig, Optimizely, VWO, Mixpanel, or similar technologies.
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior, messaging strategy, copy hierarchy, and conversion principles.
  • Experience designing and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate across Product, Engineering, Analytics, Brand, Clinical, Legal, and Compliance teams.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-directed, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
