Description

  • Iteratively refine the company’s data and build models to support self-service analytics.
  • Organize datasets and perform complex transformations using SQL and Python.
  • Analyze data and answer business questions across customer, onboarding, and community sources.
  • Teach teammates how to independently explore and use data.
  • Collaborate daily with business users, designers, product managers, and engineers.
  • Work across data ingestion, modeling, analysis, data science, and storytelling tasks.
  • Use multiple internal data sources to better understand users and their needs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an analytics engineer, data analyst, data scientist, data engineer, or in a similar role.
  • Strong data modeling or data integration skills.
  • Extremely strong coding ability in SQL or Python, including complex queries/models or large OOP scripts.
  • Ability to express business processes clearly using models and charts.
  • BS in CS, CE, Math, Economics, or an equivalent technical degree preferred.
  • Experience with B2B SaaS is a plus.
  • Experience with dbt is a plus.
  • Experience with Postgres or Redshift is a plus.
  • Experience with Fivetran or dlt is a plus.
  • Experience with dimensional modeling, data engineering, data science/ मशीन learning, or LLM/AI is a plus.
  • Candidates should operate in UTC-3 through UTC-8.
